Once you submit news, it has a chance to make it to the front page depending on the number of votes it gets. For each article you post, you receive +1 activity points and +1 to your newstotal. Be sure to include a source link and a descriptive headline.
For the main link, be sure to link to the exact location of the news, not just a general domain, unless thats where the exact news is from.
